Here are a few of them:

  • Teens who use marijuana weekly are 9 times more likely to try other illegal drugs and to drink alcohol.
  • Adolescents who use marijuana weekly are 6 times more likely to run away from home.
  • Adolescents who use marijuana weekly are 3 times more likely to have suicidal thoughts than kids who don’t use it.
