It’s worth it to take your time to do some interviews of several different sitters before making your final decision. Have them come over so you can meet them and you’ll want to expose them to your children as well. See how they are with your kids and find out if your children get along with them. The way your children react to a babysitter can definitely telll you a lot about that person’s character. Take some time and ask questions as well. Find out what they will do if there is an emergency, find out what services they are willing to do, and ensure that you are comfortable with them too.
