Fish Oil Tablets Give Kids An Edge In School

by Miss Mona

Parents are talking about fish oil tablets and how they can help your kids.

Forget the fish, just take fish oil tablets.

Or so that’s what many say.

Fish oil tablets are loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

That’s what has everyone so excited about them.  But a lot of people who give their children fish oil tablets have probably never even heard of those acids.

But they’re giving fish oil tablets anyway because of this really cool benefit…

Growing research is showing that fish oil can improve children’s performance at school.

According to Dr. Alex Richardson, a Senior Research Fellow from Oxford University, says that fish oils can “improve behaviour and learning in many children.”

Keep in mind that fish oil tablets are a supplement, not a substitute. Don’t depend on fish oil to improve your children’s school performance.

Which kind of fish oil tablets should you give your kids?

Dr. Richardson analyzed 10 different brands of fish oil tablets, while 3 youngsters reviewed them for taste. You can see the full results at the original link below. (Note that the fish oil prices in the article below are in pounds, not dollars.)
