Kid-Friendly Ideas For Making Your Own Snowflakes

by Hong Kong Tran

Not a white Christmas where you live? Check out how to make your own decorative snow!

Who said you need snow to have a snow day?

If your kids are bummed out that they can’t spend Christmas this year in the snow, here’s a great alternative…

PaperSnowflakes.com has many snowflake activities and paper patterns for your kids to choose from.

Just get them a pair of scissors and some paper and let them cut away!

(Don’t forget to supervise your kids so they don’t accidentally hurt themselves with the scissors.)

Your kids will learn creativity at the same time that they’re having fun, which is a great way to keep them busy for a while.

You can even join them and create your own paper snowflakes. After everyone’s done, hang them on the walls or from the ceiling and you have you have yourself a house full of snow!
