But as Trans Fats have taken center stage, talk about the little S-word SALT has stopped being talked about as much.

Does that mean it’s suddenly good for us and we should liberally apply it to everything we eat – including the food we’re serving to our kids?

Not necessarily…

There are 4 main types of salt:

  1. Regular salt
  2. Iodized salt
  3. Sea salt
  4. Salt alternatives
