Are your children picky when it comes to eating breakfast? Do you have a hard time getting your teens to eat breakfast before they leave for school?

If you have a hard time getting your kids to enjoy breakfast, the most important meal of the day, here’s a breakfast recipe from TotallyHer.com that might just do the trick…

What you’ll need:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sliced black olives

What to do:

  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack and scramble in the eggs. Cook at medium heat.
  3. Once the edges look cooked, add the cheese on half of the omelet circle.
  4. Spoon and spread pizza sauce and olives on the other half.
  5. Cook until the middle is done. Reduce heat to keep from cooking too fast.
  6. Fold and plate the omelet, and you have a breakfast dish that should get your kids eating!

What I like about this recipe is that the ingredients are so simple. It’s a creative take on how to incorporate lunch ingredients into breakfast. Try it out and tell us how it turns out!
