If you don’t own comfortable pillows, it’ll be well worth your money to spend more than $10 on a pillow.
In her video, Tucker uses a faom contoured neck pillow to sleep on her side and help take out the strain in her neck and shoulders.
She also gives easy tricks on how to sleep on your back and stomach. All you need are several good pillows and you’re already on your way to a good nights sleep.
