Your toddler doesnt' want to nap anymore. What gives!?

At a certain point, the majority of kids wind up hating nap time. This is a sad time for parents because parents love nap time.

Not only does it help your little one recharge and wake up feeling happier (usually)…

But it also gives YOU some time alone to do things you need to do – without dealing with the needs of your toddler.

Chris Thompson wrote an insightful article about what to do if your toddler has outgrown nap time and doesn’t require the same amount of sleep anymore. It involves a slight tweak that worked great for his own toddler.

In his article Chris also writes about what you can do if your child doesn’t like naps anymore.

His tip for this is super cool. Just because your toddler started disliking nap time, doesn’t mean she’s always going to hate it. Chris’ solution will give you something proactive you can do right away to help your child like nap time again.  And it’s not hard or complicated.

You can also learn more about Chris’ techniques for dealing with toddler issues in his audio program about how to talk with your toddler so that he or she does what you want. You can get some free audio downloads on the site also.
